Get Dubai Mortgage ("we", "us") operates the website at getdubaimortgage.com. We are an independent comparison and lead-introduction service. We are not a licensed mortgage broker. We refer interested users to a licensed UAE mortgage broker partner and may earn a referral fee. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us via lead and contact forms: first name, last name, email, phone number, country code, residency status, employment type, and any message you send.
- Information collected automatically: page URL, referrer, basic device data, UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign), and analytics events via Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, and similar tools.
- Cookies: we use first-party cookies for analytics and session state. We do not run advertising re-targeting cookies on this site at this time.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and follow up about mortgage options.
- To pass your details to a licensed mortgage broker partner so they can prepare a pre-approval and contact you.
- To improve the site (analytics, A/B tests, content performance).
- To comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests.
4. Legal basis
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (which you give by ticking the consent box when you submit a form), our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, and our legal obligations under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (where applicable).
5. Sharing
We share the data you submit through the lead form with a licensed mortgage broker partner so they can contact you about a mortgage. We use Supabase to store form submissions and Vercel to host the site. We do not sell your personal data.
6. Retention
We retain lead and contact submissions for up to 24 months from the date of submission, unless a longer retention is required by law, after which the records are deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data, withdraw your consent, or object to processing. Email privacy@getdubaimortgage.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
